FeedXL is a B2B SaaS business that helps Veterinarians, Nutritionists, Feed, and Supplement companies to quickly and accurately calculate dietary nutrient deficiency for horses. While they knew they had a base of loyal customers, they realized they needed a more automated, integrated, and streamlined alternative to a spreadsheet-run referral program. They also needed a better way to attribute new referrals back to the appropriate individual.
After signing on with Referral Rock, FeedXL knew they wanted to launch two separate referral programs, with different messaging and rewards for each. The first was a Customer Referral Program for their existing loyal customers, and the second was a Partner Referral Program, to work with related businesses who could refer their solution to other professionals.

In the first 4 months after launch, 168 customers joined the referral program and generated 150 new referrals. Meanwhile, 26 partners joined FeedXL’s partner program and generated 66 referrals. That’s a combined total of 216 referrals!
